What is worth sending

• Corrections. A deposit floor that has moved, a feature that no longer exists, a regulatory date that changed. Screenshots from a live account are the most useful thing you can attach, and they are handled under the correction rules in the editorial policy.
• Data from your own buying. Real CPMs by GEO and format, source-level behaviour, moderation times. Shared data is published only with permission and only with the conditions it was measured under, per the review methodology.
• Network representatives. Updated terms and documentation are welcome. Requests to remove a drawback, edit a table position or review copy before publication are not, for reasons explained in the commercial arrangements page.
• Rights and privacy requests. Handled under the privacy policy.

Response times

Correction requests are prioritised over everything else and usually answered within two business days. General enquiries can take longer. Anything that requires re-checking a primary source takes as long as the source takes.

What we cannot help with

This site does not sell traffic, run campaigns, recover funds from a network, or mediate disputes between an advertiser and a platform. If your account is stuck, the network's own support is the only route that works.
